PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film which has excellent moisture resistance, high interlaminar strength and can be used as a packaging film. SOLUTION: This multi-layer film has at least, one set of directly laminated layers: one layer which is composed of a resin composition (A) containing a hydrogenation product of crystalline norbornene monomer ring opening polymer which can be obtained by performing the ring opening polymerization and hydrogenation of a polymerizable monomer containing 90 to 100 wt.% 2-norbornene and 10 to 0 wt.% substituting group-containing norbornene, with the melt point of 110 to 145°C, the weight-average molecular weight of 50,000 to 200,000 as measured by gel permeation chromatography and the weight-average molecular weight/number-average molecular weight of 1.5 to 10.0; and the other layer which is composed of a polypropylene resin composition (B) containing a hydrogenation product of aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer and polypropylene.
