PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder and a fluid jetting apparatus which enable simple and sure information management and can stably irradiate ultraviolet rays in the case of using a plurality of kinds of irradiators. SOLUTION: The recorder 100 includes a supporting drum 140 which rotates while supporting a medium 150, a recording head 180, and the ultraviolet irradiator 162 which applies ultraviolet rays to an ultraviolet curable ink stuck to the medium 150. The ultraviolet irradiator 162 has a plurality of ultraviolet light source parts which apply the ultraviolet rays corresponding to the ultraviolet curable ink stuck on the medium 150. Each ultraviolet light source part is made attachable and detachable to a supporting frame, having at least one ultraviolet irradiation unit which irradiates the ultraviolet rays individually. The ultraviolet irradiation unit is equipped with a memory part in which predetermined information related to the ultraviolet irradiation unit is recorded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
