PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discharging a casting product in a die casting device where the miniaturization of a die casting device is achieved, when a casting product is discharged from the inside of the upper die of the die casting device, the generation of the deformation and breakage of the casting product is suppressed, and the quality of the casting product can be stably secured. SOLUTION: When a casting product W is discharged from the upper die 11 to a product discharging member 41, the casting product W is arranged on the product discharging member 41, thereafter, the positioning of the upper frame 7 by the shrinkage operation of an electric servo cylinder 6 for upper die elevation and the positioning of the upper die 11 by the shrinkage operation of an electric servo cylinder 24 in a die opening/closing mechanism 10 are controlled, and the casting product W is released from the inside of the upper die 11 without changing the relative positions between the casting product W and the product discharging member 41.
