PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning body structure of an insole equipped with a ventilation function which can make the flow of air smooth, increase the amount of air, and achieve the best ventilation effect. SOLUTION: This cushioning body structure of an insole equipped with a ventilation function includes an upper insole in which an air inlet and an air outlet are formed, a lower insole and a sponge cushion which is located in between and is relatively small in area. When the upper insole of a thermoplastic material set by adhering a cloth or a leather is unitedly molded, a protruding face is formed at the position for the heel in front of the upper insole contacting with the sole, a few air inlets are set at a lower position of the edge of the protruding face, a few optional shapes are set between the toe and the arch, a denting vessel having a few air outlets on the vessel bottom is set, a sponge cushion having a relatively large density is used, and a few small holes are press-molded on the sponge cushion.
