A pump provided with an impeller (1) having a magnetically driven section (12), a magnetically driving section (2) for rotating the impeller (1), a separating plate (3) for separating the magnetically driving section (2) and the impeller (1) from each other, and a casing (5) spin-welded to the separating plate (3) to form a pump chamber (4) in which the impeller (1) is housed. Welded protrusions (6) facing each other protrude from the separating plate (3) and the casing (5). Burr scattering preventing walls (7) for preventing scattering of burrs protrude from the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side, respectively, of the welded protrusions (6) of the separating plate (3) and the casing (5). On the inner and outer peripheral sides of each welded protrusion (6), the burr scattering preventing wall (7) protruding from the separating plate (3) and the burr scattering preventing wall (7) protruding from the casing (5) are located at positions shifted from each other in the inside-outside direction. Both the burr scattering preventing walls (7) have an overlap dimension (K) overlapping in the welded direction when viewed in the inside-outside direction. The overlap dimension (K) is greater than a weld dimension (L).
