The device has a fastening section (20) i.e. sealing member, arranged at an end of a handle (10) for detachably fastening a tool (30) i.e. soil cultivation element. The fastening section comprises a delimitation element (22) and a fastening part (24) spaced in distance from each other. The tool comprises a drilling and notches (32, 36) arranged at both the sides of the drilling. The delimitation element is held in the notches in a position for using the tool and in another position for storing the tool, where the tool is rotated to 180 degrees in the latter position.
