A method for applying attachable and detachable wallpaper is provided to enable a user to easily and conveniently exchange the wallpaper by standardizing the size of frames. A method for applying attachable and detachable wallpaper comprises the following steps of: preparing a plate made of iron sheets or steels and a frame(10) for fixing the edge of the plate to a wall; strongly and firmly fixing the plate together with the frame to the wall; gluing the backside of wallpaper(20) to a rubber magnet plate using glue or adhesive; and cutting the wallpaper adhered to the rubber magnet plate and attaching it to the frame fixed to the wall by the magnet force.
