A manhole device is provided, which minimizes danger of injury by curve-processing a corner of the upper plate and prevents loss of a manhole cover. A manhole device comprises: a manhole frame(100) which is constructed in the ground of the manhole surrounding and in which four edge portions are round-processed, an opening is formed in the center, and a wiring hole(110) is formed; a manhole cover(200) which is combined with the cover frame(100b) of the manhole frame and opens and closes the opening; a locking device which is adhered to the inner side of the manhole cover and makes the manhole cover locked or unlocked; and a support bar which is formed in the inner wall of the manhole frame and supports to prevent the wire portion from being in contact with the floor side.
