<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust illuminance distribution on a screen without providing a movable mechanism on optical components. <P>SOLUTION: An external light influence estimation part 4 estimates an influence of external light to contrast of a video image to be projected on the screen. A projection direction adjustment part 7 changes the projection direction of the video image to the screen so that the influence of the external light is reduced. A video image correction part 5 performs trapezoidal correction of the shape of the video image so that the shape of the video image projected from the changed projection direction on the screen becomes the regular shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
