<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition apparatus capable of the non-contact operation without contamination caused by the contact during operation and without requiring a complicated structure for executing highly sophisticated image processing. <P>SOLUTION: The biological information acquisition apparatus includes an image capturing part 12 for capturing an image of a living body; a light emitting part 11 disposed in such a way that the emitted light penetrates into the image capturing part 12; an image processing part 15 for extracting biological information from the original image 19 captured by the image capturing part 12; and a luminance variation detection part 13 for detecting the variation of the luminance in a luminance examination region within the original image 19 captured by the image capturing part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
