CLIP STRUCTURE, AND VEHICULAR INTERIOR MEMBER HOLDING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip structure having simple construction for suppressing the fall-off of structural components from a mounting body or a mounted body, and to provide a vehicular interior member holding structure having simple construction for suppressing the fall-off of the structural components from an exterior member or an interior member.

SOLUTION: A clip assembly 11 consists of a first joint having a clip 34 mounted on a bracket 25 and a joint 36 as a removable portion joined to the clip 34, and a pin 38 as a second clip joined to the joint 36 and having a roof head lining 14 held between the joint 36 and itself. A holding load F5 for canceling the joining of the clip 34 to the joint 36 is sufficiently smaller than a holding load F6 for canceling the joining of the joint 36 to the pin 38.
