<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of stably applying assistance force by smoothing motor rotation during two-phase driving caused by occurrence of energization failure. <P>SOLUTION: An F/B gain computation part 40 provided at a second current control part 24b computes F/B gain Kfb that becomes smaller as an absolute value of steering speed becomes larger, based on input steering speed (rotational angular velocity ω).
