INFORMATION ANALYZING DEVICE AND INFORMATION ANALYZING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information analyzing device and an information analyzing program which find out a fashion leader who has influence on many consumers at a good timing by providing information which is highly likely to relate to a fashion in the future through a network in response to the change of a fashion.

SOLUTION: The information analyzing device 1 is provided with: an information acquisition part 30a for acquiring provision information through a network 2 from an information providing device 3; an appearance counting part 30b for counting the appearance of each natural language included in the provision information for each information provider; a natural language information DB10b for storing natural language information for specifying natural language to be counted; and a degree-of-influence decision part 30c for deciding the degree of influence in the information provision of the information provider based on the result of counting the appearance of the natural language to be specified based on the natural language information stored in the natural language information DB10b.
