<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection signal processor which enables high-speed power output or low noise operation while suppressing a quantity of heat generation. <P>SOLUTION: Signal charges output from each pixel 30 of an X-ray detection panel 14 are integrated at an integration circuit 102, amplified at an amplification section 108, subjected to serial-parallel conversion at an S/H section 112 and an MUX 116, amplified by an amplifier 118, and are converted to digital data by an A/D converter 120. Bias current supply sections 122-130 for supplying bias current are connected to the integration circuit 102, the amplifier 108, the S/H section 112, the MUX 116 and the amplifier 118. When the detection signal processor is in a high-speed operation mode, a bias current control section 132 increases the bias current supplied to each circuit in the downstream of the MUX 116 while reducing bias current supplied to each circuit in the upstream of the S/H section 112. When the detection signal processor is in a low noise mode, bias current supplied to each circuit in the upstream of the S/H section 112 is increased while reducing bias current supplied to each circuit in the downstream of the MUX 116. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
