<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving machine for knitting a coil assembly for a rotary electric machine, in which the deformation of coil wires is reduced and knitting is allowed to be carried out surely at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: This machine includes: a rotation driving part, constituted so that each rotation pulley 54 revolves around the axis of a fixed pulley 52, while being self-rotated by operation of a timing belt 55 to maintain the same attitude; a movable member 60 installed to each rotation pulley 54 and movable in X and Y directions; coil supplying magazines 65, each one end of which is slidably supported by the movable member 60, and which are installed in an inclined state so that each axis of the coil wires 30, conveyed to the other end side in a first conveyance passage 66, crosses one another on the rotation axis of a rotation table 53; an orbit-regulating member 72 by which an orbit during rotation of each coil supplying magazine 65 is regulated in a rectangular shape; rotation synchronizing members 77, by which rotation operations of the respective coil-supplying magazines 65 are synchronized with each other; and a coil conveying device 90, by which the knitted coil wires 30 are gripped and conveyed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
