PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital cordless system so as to enable securing that a situation, in which a terminal being unable to communicate with a base station does not occur, as much as possible, even in a region where a plurality of digital cordless systems cover. SOLUTION: In the digital cordless system, a slot of a first control channel of a first predetermined frequency is prepared in a first predetermined phase of a predetermined period for a first base station and a slot of a second control channel of a second predetermined frequency is prepared in a second predetermined phase of predetermined period for the first base station, according to a reference signal from a master device. When interference with a control channel of other digital cordless systems occurs at the second control channel at least, the second predetermined phase of the second control channel is changed.
