PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation management by preparing an operation handling flow based on operation history information in coping with faults that occurred in the past, and providing the operation handling flow at the subsequent occurrence of a similar fault. SOLUTION: An operation management system includes a server to be monitored, and a monitoring server.
