PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that can provide increased customer satisfaction. SOLUTION: The portable terminal device includes a touch panel and a touch pen for inputting information by touching the touch panel. A customer information display screen includes a customer-related memo information display unit 22 for displaying registered customer-related memo information. When the customer-related memo information display unit 22 is touched, a customer-related memo information registration screen where customer-related memory information is registered by use of the touch pen opens.
