PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane game machine having a game support function capable of giving an impression that the difficulty of re-acquiring a prize which a player failed to acquire at a previous time is low and of arousing the motivation to a game by providing a function automatically moving a crane catcher to the previous position. SOLUTION: A player can move the crane catcher 2 in the lateral and longitudinal directions of a play field 9 of this crane game machine 1 by a movement button of an operation panel 6. The lateral and longitudinal positions are stored in a storage area. When playing at a next time, if only a support function is valid, the player can locate the crane catcher at a position where it is moved at the previous time by operating a support button and adjust the lateral and longitudinal positions in case of need.
