PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat which makes it possible to have excellent touch when sitting and is excellent in a quick drying property in addition. SOLUTION: The toilet seat A is the toilet seat to be attached to the upper surface of a toilet b, and has: a ground fabric 1; a raised fiber group 2 provided on the ground fabric 1 and formed so as to raise many fibers 21, 21, etc., on the side of one surface of the ground fabric 1, for which the fibers 21 are formed of microfibers; and an attaching section 3 provided on the opposite side of the raised fiber group 2 of the ground fabric 1, for attaching the ground fabric 1 to the toilet b.
