PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device preventing any feeling of discomfort caused by the harshness to an occupant. SOLUTION: The suspension device 1 comprises: a supporting means for rotatably supporting wheels; a connection means 2 for connecting the supporting means to a vehicle body side; and a torsional elastic means 6 which connects the connection means 2 to the vehicle body side and generates the torsional elastic force based on the relative displacement between the connection means 2 and the vehicle body side.
