PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional postal double card, i.e. use of two cards, a message card and a return card, or the problem of the necessity of cutoff because the two cards are integral. SOLUTION: (1) A return card is for establishing a target address, and if this card is eliminated, and a user can write an address addressed to him and his name on the card mail to bring it along, the card main whose number is one reaches an organizer. (2) For those who cannot bring cards along, application boxes exclusive for the organizer are installed at places, the users drop the card mails in the boxes, and if they are delivered en bloc, even one card mail reaches the organizer. (3) The number of card mails is originally one. Thus, no cutoff is necessary.
