PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle efficiently cooling a station premise. SOLUTION: The railroad vehicle T decides whether it is in the station premise and automatically injects mists of water M toward a platform P, based on the temperature of the station premise when it is there. The mists of water M lower the surrounding temperature of a water-injected area with heat of vaporization. Thus, the station premise is cooled without using an air-conditioner or the like. The railroad vehicle injects water using a water injecting part 9 only when it is in the station premise and hence cooling favorable in a running cost is realized.
