<p>Provided is an optical element manufacturing method capable of extracting an optical element, which is a molded article, stably and reliably from a mold. Grip members (21c and 21d) of arms (21a and 21b) are equipped with turnable pawl portions (21k, 21m, 21n and 21o), so that a force (P2) to extract a lens (OL) contained in a molded product (MP) by the turning motions of the grip members (21c and 21d) on a vertical axis can be made into a force (P3) for the pawl portions (21n and 21o) to bite into a sprue portion (SP). As a result, a strong gripping force or retaining force is generated between the pawl portions (21n and 21o) and the sprue portion (SP), and the grip members (21c and 21d) can grip the sprue portion (SP) reliably without any slip, so that the lens (OL) can be precisely pulled out of a movable mold half (42).</p> |
