Disclosed is an optical member (1) for a touch panel, having a pair of principal surfaces (S1, S2) that face each other. The optical member (1) comprises a first layer (11) and a second layer (12) stacked on the first layer (11). The surface (11a) of the first layer (11) facing the second layer (12) is irregularly formed, and the surface (11a) of the first layer (11) and a surface (12a) of the second layer (12) are partially or completely separated from each other. When pressure is applied from the side of one principal surface (S2), the surface of the first layer (11) and/or the second layer (12) deforms reversibly, thereby changing the state of reflected light (L2) entering from the side of the other principal surface (S1).
