A method for offering and obtaining information on-line is provided to enable a person who desires to obtain information to connect to a corresponding information providing server at any time, in any place to obtain specific information, conveniently. A person oriented ARS(20) receives a personal information acquisition request signal transmitted from an information acquiring terminal(40), extracts the identification number of an information providing terminal(30) existing in the request signal, searches an information providing terminal having the identification number, and then converts the personal information which is divided to open data or closed data into an auto-response type voice or SMS/MMS message. The information acquiring terminal obtains at least one of the open data or closed data included in the personal information of the information providing terminal. |
