A sealent spray device of an engine processing line is provided to prevent the contamination of facility and engine processed product by the sealant scattering outside. A sealent spray device of an engine processing line comprises a first moving block(11), a rotary unit(20), a sleeve(27), a spring(29), a ring-shaped rubber tube(31), an actuating cylinder(33), and a sealant injection unit(40). The first moving block is installed to reciprocate on a frame(10), corresponding to a work hole of a processed product(P). The rotary unit has a stopper(25) which is inserted into the work hole and installed on the end part of a rotary shaft(23) connected to a drive motor(21). The sleeve is installed to slide on the rotary shaft. The spring applies an elastic rebound force to the sleeve. The rubber tube is mounted on the rotary shaft between the stopper and the sleeve. The actuating cylinder reciprocates the sleeve. The sealant injection unit is arranged in the frame and sprays sealant to the outside surface of the rubber tube.
