<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, a projector equipped with the device, and the display system, capable of holding a meeting etc. while participants locate remotely each other, of reducing load imposed on a communication path in case where participants gather in the same room and hold meeting, or the like, and of smoothly performing information sharing and joint working by a plurality of persons. <P>SOLUTION: The server apparatus 1 comprises an image acquisition portion for acquiring image data of an image, in each predetermined display area of a plurality of terminal units 2 via a communication path and an image processing portion for compositing a plurality of the image data acquired by the image acquisition portion to generate an image for display.
