<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement with high selectivity about an anionic substance. <P>SOLUTION: In separately analyzing the anionic substance by using a capillary electrophoretic device 1 combined with a mass spectrometer 2, an acidic solution of pH 3.8 or less is used as a migrating liquid 4, and an electro-osmotic flow 12 is prevented by using a volatile solution containing no basic ions as a sheath liquid 8. Electrophoresis 13 of the anionic substance from a negative electrode to a positive electrode is made possible by using only a usual fused silica capillary with its capillary inner wall not surface-treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
