<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular warning device capable of notifying the direction of higher risk in addition to presence/absence of the risk of contact with a driver by opening/closing a window provided in the direction in which an object having the contact possibility with one's own vehicle is present. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular warning device 10 comprises an external sensor 11 and an object detection unit 31 for detecting any object present outside one's own vehicle, a vehicular state sensor 12 for detecting the traveling state of one's own vehicle, a relative relationship calculation unit 32 for calculating the relative relationship between one's own vehicle and the object based on the object detected by the object detection unit 31 and the traveling state detected by the vehicular state sensor 12, a contact possibility determination unit 35 for determining presence/absence of the contact possibility of one's own vehicle with the object, and a vehicle control unit 36 for giving the warning to a driver of one's own vehicle if it is determined by the contact possibility determination unit 35 that the contact possibility is present. The vehicle control unit 36 controls the opening/closing operation of a window provided in the direction in which the object determined to be possibly brought into contact with the vehicle by the contact possibility determination unit 35 is present. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
