<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment of a ready-mixed concrete which, even when the crushing work of a waste concrete is resumed after the crushed material equivalent to a one-time kneading amount is supplied to the mixer, causes no trouble in the crushing section and enables only the crushed material of a suitable amount to be charged into the mixer, and to provide a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing equipment includes a crusher 4 that crushes concrete blocks from a feeder 3, a metering hopper 6 that outputs the data of a charged amount of the crushed material that is charged from the crusher through a belt conveyer 5, a control device 8 that stops the feeder when the data of the charged amount reaches a first reference value and stops the belt conveyer when it reaches a second reference value, and a mixer 7 that kneads the crushed material from the metering hopper, cement and the like. The second reference value is the amount of the crushed material necessary to manufacture the one-time ready-mixed concrete, and the first reference value is a value obtained by taking from the second reference value the amount of the crushed material which at least the crusher finishes crushing until the conveyer stop after the feeder stop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
