PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless battery charging system can charge a plurality of pieces of terminal equipment having charging voltages different from each other. SOLUTION: A contactless battery charger (1) has a database (16), which associates and registers IDs of terminal equipment (2) and AC frequencies such as to cause an induced electromotive force, which generates an optimum voltage for charging a secondary battery (27) of a terminal equipment (2), to occur in a receiving coil (21) of the terminal equipment (2). When the terminal equipment (2) is placed in the chargeable range of the contactless battery charger (1), the terminal equipment (2) transmits its own ID to the charger (1), which searches the transmitted ID in the database and transmits power to the terminal equipment (2) by making an AC current having the corresponding AC frequency flow to a transmitting coil (11).
