PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and a manufacturing method for a display can fram up in a small size. SOLUTION: The display 10 includes a display section 11, a pixel substrate 12, a sealing substrate 13, a scanning substrate 14, output wires 15, a data driver 16, a data terminal 17, and a sealing section 18. The scanning driver 14 and a scanning line Ls of the display 10 are connected by a conductive section LP, a connection wiring formed on a face facing the pixel substrate 12 of the sealing substrate 13, and a conductive section DP. Thus, the wiring for connecting the scanning line Ls and the scanning driver 14 is not necessary to be formed in the vicinity of the display section 11 of the pixel substrate 12, a space necessary for the outside of the display section 11 can be narrowed, and framing-up in a small size can be achieved.
