PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reduce replacement cost by strongly suppressing breakage of a folding back apparatus due to folding back work of a tire constituting member 34. SOLUTION: Two or more metal folding back blades 54 arranged at both outsides of a bead 47 in an axial direction are synchronously oscillated around an inner end part in its axial direction by an oscillation means from a parallel position to a spreading position K outside in a radial direction to fold back a folding back part 63 of the tire constituting member 34 around the bead 47. Thereby the folding back apparatus is scarcely damaged even when used continuously for a long period of time. Consequently replacement work of a damaged part is almost unnecessary to easily improve the productivity and reduce the replacement cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
