PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize a title or the like visually through a display window without any positional shifting of the title or the like from the display window or without floating of a described part from the display window. SOLUTION: The file holder is provided with display windows 41 and 43 which are disposed on front and back covers 21 and 23 and through which a title or the like T can be viewed, title or the like describing paper 50 with a describing position display frame 52F capable of describing the title or the like T corresponding to the display windows 41 and 43, and a suppression piece 21P for suppressing and holding the title or the like describing paper 50 in the inner surface of a holder body 20 so that the title or the like T corresponds to the display windows 41 and 43. The title or the like describing paper 50 is bound by the paper fastener 32 of the file body 20 to be positioned, and its floating from the inner surface of the file body 20 is prevented by the suppression piece 61P.
