PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire proof resin foaming laminate having such an excellent fire proofing property that when the body is used as a heat insulating material for back application of a steel roof, the roof passes a test of 30 minutes fire proofing of a roof. SOLUTION: A surface of a foamed resin sheet containing an inorganic fire proofing agent is coated with a coating agent containing a nitrogen-containing compound and a low melting point glass, to form the fire proofing resin foaming laminate 16.
