STRUCTURE FOR FITTING IRON-SHELL REINFORCING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fitting an iron-shell reinforcing member with which the removal of the iron-shell reinforcing member after weld-joining a ringed block is very easy and the shortage of this process as the original intention in the ringed block process can be achieved. SOLUTION: In the structure for fitting the iron-shell reinforcing member with which the iron-shell reinforcing member is fitted with the block divided with the plurality of ringed blocks from the furnace top part to the furnace bottom part of the furnace body so as to cross the center of the ring observed from the perpendicular direction to the ringed block worked with a stave-cooler and a brick or a cooling plate and refractory material at the inside of the iron-shell to this block; this structure is peculiarly fixed with the iron-shell reinforcing member to the ringed block by penetrating the iron-shell reinforcing member so as to project to the outside of the iron-shell penetrating the iron-shell at both end parts of the iron-shell reinforcing member, and by fitting the both end parts of the iron-shell reinforcing member projected to the outside of the iron-shell to the iron-shell from the outside of the iron-shell.
