PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a delivery data in accordance with audio playback environment of a receiving terminal with a simple device and method. SOLUTION: A plurality of correction factors are calculated according to sound characteristics of the plurality of receiving terminals, and a plurality of correction audio signals are formed by using an audio signal and a plurality of correction factors. The plurality of correction audio signals are converted to the plurality of delivery data, and a transmission terminal delivers the delivery data according to a sound characteristic of the receiving terminal, to the receiving terminal via a network.
