The fluid line (1) has an inner conduit pipe (2), and an electrical heat element arranged on a surface of the pipe. The heat element is formed of a laminar heat element (3), which is designed in a strip/band shaped manner. The laminar heat element is covered by a protection casing (4). The laminar heat element consists of a carrier made of textile fleece material, textile knit fabric or textile fabric or foam of plastic. An electrical heat conductor is fixed on the carrier, and made of carbon fibers. A contact conductor runs between the heat conductor and the carrier, and consists of metal.
