An integrated controlling device for an oiling equipment is provided to save the cost by controlling each kind of equipment installed at a gas station with one integrated controller. A communication unit(150) communicates with a remote computer, and a program storage unit(180) stores an operational program for each oiling pump and each level gauge. A memory(200) stores the data for each oiling pump and each level gauge. A CPU(160) selects a specific operational program and transmits the selected program, and updates the program storage unit by receiving the operational program. The CPU transmits the stored data to a computer.
