A water-tissue feeding device is provided, in which convenience of the use is improved by conveniently drawing out water-tissue received within the carrying box and using it. A water-tissue feeding device comprises: a cylindrical carrying box(12) in which a polygon fitting groove caving into the inner side of the central part is formed; a carrying box hanger installed at the wall in which the carrying box is inserted and fixed; a base plate(21a) fixing the carrying box hanger to the wall(20); both side plates(21b) which are installed to be protruded to the outside from both side terminals of the base plate; and a polygon support bar(21c).
