An optical device for observing the inside of a tube is provided to inspect the inner side of the tube at a time, without rotating the optical device at 360 degrees. An optical device(100) for observing the inside of a tube comprises a body part(110), a photographing unit(120), a reflective mirror unit(130) and a lighting unit(140). The body part is extended in the longitudinal direction as much as predetermined distance and has both ends are connected with each other. The photographing unit photographs the inside of the tube by being installed at one end of the body part. The reflective mirror unit reflects the image of the inside of the tube to the photographing unit by being installed at the other end of the body part.
