A repair and reinforcing method of structure is provided, which enables to rapidly repair structure by attaching the FRP tape to the crack region and prevents crack progress. A repair and reinforcing method of structure comprises: a step of arranging the surface of the structure in which the crack is generated(S10); a step of applying the mortar on the exterior of the concrete structure(S12); a step of attaching the fiber reinforced plastics(FRP) tape to the surface of the structure in which the cracking is generated to cover the cracking(S20); and a step of attaching a protection sheet to the surface of structure to cover the fiber reinforced plastics tape.
