<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide candies capable of sterilizing and deodorizing a mouth cavity and throat, and to provide a method for producing the candies. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the candies includes adding titanium dioxide particles and cyclodextrin to a candy raw material. The method includes a step of mixing the candy raw material followed by boiling up at 120-190°C, a step of adding titanium dioxide particles and cyclodextrin to the candy raw material followed by stirring, and a step of cooling and hardening the candy raw material added with titanium dioxide particles and cyclodextrin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
