<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reset signal of a burst receiver which is required for initialization to properly detect each of received optical burst signals with different power so as not to make a system configuration to which the burst receiver is applied complicated. <P>SOLUTION: In the burst receiver, an optical-electro conversion circuit 21 converts each of the optical burst signals S1 with different power which are sequentially received into electric burst signals S2, and generates a reset signal S3 for amplification factor initialization when an AGC amplifier circuit 22 amplifies the electric burst signals S2 to constant amplitude, from the front end part or the rear end part of the electric burst signals S2 to be an amplification target, that is, the front end part or the rear end part of the optical burst signals S1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
