<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission of information by visible light communication light corresponding to a part of a light emission surface of back light and a part of a display surface of a display panel. <P>SOLUTION: This visible light communication light transmitter outputs the visible light communication light from the light emission surface of a back light part 609 for illuminating a liquid crystal panel part 607, and transmits the output visible light communication light to the outside via the liquid crystal panel part 607, and is provided with a back light control part 606 which divides a transmission region 91 which is the light emission surface of the back light part 609 into three transmission regions of a still image/animation correspondence transmission region 91a, a moving image correspondence transmission region 91b, and a text correspondence transmission region 91c, and outputs the visible light communication light made correspond to the light emission region from each light emission region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
