<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film with adhesive layer which is improved in adhesion between the retardation film made of a polypropylene resin and the adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The retardation film with adhesive layer is composed of the retardation film made of the polypropylene resin, a primer layer and an adhesive layer, formed in this order.
