PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive incinerator using various fuels including wood during hard times when the price of crude oil is high, and continuously operating for 24 hours. SOLUTION: The continuous incinerator 1 has a loading tower 3 for a moisture-containing combustible material T that secures a space of a prescribed volume with the inner space communicated with an upper part of a heating combustion chamber 2. The loading tower 3 has a plurality of incinerators 11, 12, ... for raw things having a superheated gas guide passage 4 incorporated therein along their profiles disposed at appropriate positions, so that the generated superheated gas is exhausted after passing the periphery of the loading tower 3 of the incinerators 11, 12, ... for raw materials. In the continuous incinerator 1, an inexpensive sawdust stove is used for achieving natural dropping of combustible materials by using the reverse principle of a carbonizing method, superheated gas (smoke) is introduced and the continuous incinerator 1 is ignited, and use of ignition fuel of a secondary incinerator connected thereto is eliminated.
