PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration control device capable of restraining the occurrence of adhesion failure in vulcanization caused by press oil, even when the press oil remains in its caulking part, in a constitution for connecting two members by caulking processing. SOLUTION: A second bracket 2 is connected by caulking a bracket 7 and a cylindrical metal fitting 8. In this case, a plurality of groove parts are recessed on a mating face between an installation caulking part 7a and a cylindrical abutting part 8b. Since its groove is formed in a position communicating with an external part, even when the press oil remains in the caulking part, such the press oil can be discharged outside via the groove part. Thus, the press oil remaining in the caulking part flows out onto an adhesive in the vulcanization, and can be restrained from causing the adhesion failure between the second bracket 2 and a vibration control base body 3.
