PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-reliability jointing strength, in a jointing process of a connection wiring having low rigidity. SOLUTION: The connecting method between an electrode and a connection wiring is constituted of a pressurizing process, in which pressing force to press the connection wiring 2, in the pressing direction to a base board 6 and a pulling force for the connection wiring to the separating direction from a jointing part are added to a press jig member 1, and a process in which the jointing part is melted and solidified during the pressurizing process. According to these processes, high-reliability jointing strength can be attained, even with the connection wiring having low rigidity, in which plastic deformations may occur at the jointing part.
